To those that don't have to eat gluten free or don't have to care about cross contamination I do recommend Ramen Hood and it was very good. If you are GLUTEN FREE or CELIAC keep reading.
First off I HATE having to do this to a local business. But for those that are GLUTEN FREE I must warn you. I have celiac (allergic to Gluten) and went to Ramen Hood last weekend. Between reviews on Yelp & Find Me GF (Gluten Free) Ramen Hood looked safe. Upon ordering I asked about cross contamination and was told by Deisy that they ensure that things are seperate.
Thus I ordered.... And the food was really good!
Fastforward 15min... I got hit with the normal celiac flu (feeling really hot and cold sweats) and then my tummy started doing flips... I knew that I had been glutened.
I was really hoping that somewhere that was vegan and took such precautions.
To management: Please do one of two things:
1) Let your customers know that you have a "gluten light" option.
2) Go fully gluten free.
