Not sure why there are such low ratings on this one. My wife is both celiac and has actual wheat allergies. This has turned into our go to ramen joint. We do ask for no egg in hers as the egg has soy sauce but the GF noodles have never caused an issue. Word of caution on delivery though, they never mark the GF noodles on the delivery bowl so you need to know which is which before you dive in.

I called to see what was safe to order and they say the sushi and broth and poke are not really gluten free if you are sensitive.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the Spicy Tuna Roll was good quality and tasty. HOWEVER, the chef told me that all the ramens I’ve soy sauce in them which obviously contain gluten. So you can get GF noodles but the brith has soy sauce in it. He informed me that there were 3 things I could eat besides the edamame which were salmon roll, tuna roll and spicy tuna roll. No GF soy sauce available.

Just so-so ramen. Pretty pricey and not much food. I expect to pay an up charge for gf noodles but $2.45 is ridiculous.
gluten free ramen noodles and amazing spicy miso broth
