Ramen Kumamoto

They have one ramen that is apparently gluten free but i feel sick.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Not at all

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Not Much/None

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

We stopped by because they had gluten free noodles on their website. We asked if they cook the noodles in its own water and he said they cook it in the same water with the other noodles. Three out of four of my family members have celiacs so we left. I did tell him that it isn’t actually gluten free if they cook it in water with gluten. I would not recommend going here until they change their cooking practices.
