Review of Ramen Tatsu-ya

This place is not safe. There is no GF menu. I have no idea how this has been rated in a positive manner. I spoke with the chef and they said they do not have GF broth. From the reviews, it sounds like this place is inconsistent and/or not trained well. Either way, hard pass for me until they can clearly communicate what they can offer.
