Shared oven but Gf pizza made on its own tray like so many other places do. When I asked the man prepping our meal (owner or maybe manager) to be sure to use a separate and clean cutter, he informed me that he has celiacs himself and has a dedicated cutter with diff color handle that is only to be used on the GF pizzas and his staff knows that. He also said they have a separate GF fryer (we didn’t eat any French fries so cannot attest to reactions to that). My celiac husband and son enjoyed the pizza and had no reactions.
FYI- This is a counter service location in busy beach boardwalk area.
A few steps away is a crepe and donut stand from same restaurant. Crepes NOT gf but the mini- donuts are and are in dedicated fryer (crepes prepared on separate cooking surface). Donuts were small (like munchkin size but with holes) and very yummy with sugar and cinnamon. We’d get 2 “buckets” every evening to save for breakfast the next day. Buckets were $13 for 25-30 mini donuts and bucket refills were $10 so we held onto those buckets lol.
