Had the pulled pork with bbq baked beans and potato salad, server understood celiac and made sure everything was made in a separate location.

The staff is very knowledgeable what is gluten free and advised the fryer for French fry’s are shared with gluten items. All meat is gluten free. Great tasting food. Amazing service!

Great food and knowledgeable staff. All meats sampled and were safe. Did not try potato salad or BBQ beans. Avoided fries as fryer not dedicated. Will be eating here again.

We love this place...it's a true obsession. The trick is ordering ahead of time and your delicious food will be waiting for you on the table! Their BBQ sauce is gluten free per their owner (they use hickory flavoring from their smoker & non barley/malt originating "Carmel sauce". No soy sauce in their recipe. Our waiter said he recently had a customer who had celiacs come in with a "celiac kit" and tested their sauce. It came back less than <20 ppm and the customer got to enjoy his BBQ. They are very accommodating when we bring our GF buns. They DO NOT have a dedicated GF fryer, but there is lots to eat there that is amazing: bbq sandwiches (chicken, pork, beef), ribs (beef & pork), salads, burgers, steaks. Potato salad, Cole slaw, baked beans are GF. BEST strawberry lemonade E.V.E.R.!!! Here is a picture of their sauce recipe. My son also has never had a problem (he's intolerant but pretty sensitive).
