Ranch House Restaurant

They do have a gluten free menu and choices were pretty limited out in this part of PA for any food let alone GF, but the food was not that good unfortunately. We stopped for breakfast, the only real GF choice was eggs and bacon or quinoa oatmeal. I went with an omelet which seemed GF safe, as of this writing I think I'm OK. I would describe the omelet as meh at best.The non gf diners in the family felt their food was mediocre as well. The restaurant did seem to have a decent selection of GF options for lunch and dinner, so perhaps that might be a better experience. The staff was friendly and I appreciate them having GF options so I feel bad scoring them low. If you are on the road and need somewhere to eat it is an option, just not a great one. If you are traveling and it isn't too far out of the way, I would recommend going to the Hershey Lodge instead. They have awesome GF food. in hindsight we wished we had taken that little detour instead.
