They have GF options, if you ask. GF items are not labeled on menu. I always ask the server if she/he are familiar or ever heard of Celiac when I try out new places.. she was clueless, stated,”Never heard of it.” That was not reassuring being in the food industry…but she knew what GF means..I had to explain how serious celiac is and x contamination. The waitress said she would make a note of it for the cooks. it’s an authentic rest. so keep in mind the cooks can only speak Spanish. Waitress was able to translate thankfully. This was our experience yesterday: Very disappointing as it’s so hard already for myself to find a place to eat..We waited over 30 minutes for a waitress to come to our table just to bring my dtr. and husband chips and salsa.. chips are not celiac safe as they are shared in a fryer with gluten containing items…20 min after we received appetizer, waitress finally asked us for drinks, minus during this time other tables that arrived after ours was getting served food and drinks already. After a 50 minute wait now..we finally got our food and it wasn’t that busy and they had 3 waitresses looking over at our table, but for some reason chose not to check on us??? Waitress never took the empty plates off our table as i asked. It was obvious we barely had any room to comfortable eat. We had a 2 and a 5 yo with us and they were getting fussy. 2 hours later we were done, such a long wait for everything .. we had to chase down our receipt and when we received our receipt it was wrong! at that point we just paid and left. VERY poor customer service, food was cold, (wasn’t worth asking to reheat) not even room temperature. Will not go back.
