Review of Rancho Viejo Authentic Mex

Server understood that I couldn't have gluten and checked to make sure chips were safe...I was told they were, had no issues after eating them. Server made sure to tell the cooks to be careful with my food. I've been back several times and have had the corn tortillas, fish and shrimp, chicken fajitas, rice, beans, and have never gotten sick. This is one of my favorite places to go.
