Review of Rancho Viejo

Rancho Viejo can accommodate gluten-free with tacos and fajitas on corn-tortillas. The chips are NOT gluten-free unfortunately. I had 3 pulled pork soft tacos with rice and refried beans. The wait staff is not that knowledgeable on Celiac Disease so be sure to consult with a manager.
