The waiter was knowledgeable and checked with the kitchen when he wasn’t sure. The food is delicious and the GF menu made it easy to order. I have Celiac disease and I didn’t get sick. The only drawback is that their tofu is not GF, so if you are with a vegetarian crew, as the rest of my family is, you’re not going to get much protein.
