I've dined here three times now and feel confident that they understand how to make gluten free food and prevent cross-contact. The wait staff's verbal communication about preventing cross-contact has varied but they all seemed to understand gluten free.

The restaurant was amazing! The wait staff was wonderful. The food tasted great and they had plenty of gluten free options. Service was impeccable. I have celiac disease and was not glutenized.

This is the best Tex-Mex food I’ve had since I left Austin Texas years ago. The gluten-free corn chips were to die for. I ordered ground beef enchiladas, refried beans, and Mexican rice and it all tasted wonderful! It’s been about six hours after my meal and there’s been no negative reaction. They can also make some items dairy free. Highly recommend.

From the moment we walked in, the staff at Rango's were not only friendly and attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable about gluten-free options. They made us feel comfortable and assured us that they could provide a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
One of the most remarkable aspects of our visit was the extensive gluten-free menu. It's not often that you come across a Tex-Mex restaurant with such a wide array of gluten-free choices. From appetizers to entrees and even dessert, Rango's had it all covered. We started with the gluten-free chips and queso, which were absolutely delicious and didn't make me miss the regular tortilla chips at all.
For our main courses, we tried the gluten-free fajitas and enchiladas. The flavors were outstanding, and it was evident that Rango's takes great care to ensure that their gluten-free dishes are just as flavorful as the regular ones. The use of fresh ingredients and authentic spices made our meal a true Tex-Mex delight.
