The server was very knowledgeable when I said I have a gluten allergy - she then asked if I had celiac and offered accommodations or substitutions to 85% of the menu… She said sometimes the fryer had gluten in it depending which day of the week and checked with the kitchen to ensure it was safe. I got red snapper, pork with yuca fries (free from contamination). The menu is small and there’s nothing listed but the server knew all the options off by heart!

Incredible experience. Staff immediately knew what to do with celiac. I had several options on the menu that were safely GF or could be modified. Even had AMAZING GF desserts. All the flavours were impeccable and carefully crafted. I will be back many times.

The combination of flavours here are incredible! I used to come here all the time before I was diagnosed and was worried the menu might be limiting. But the fryer is completely GF so there are only a few things on the menu that are off limits.

The server was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and brought me GF variations of dishes the table ordered - so thoughtful. You have to try this place!
