Rasam is wonderful. Most of the menu is naturally gluten free. They have a Michelin star rating and the authentic food is to die for. The owner understanding it was celiac personally took care of us including preparing some special GF items in advance when we called ahead to find out about their protocols. They also made us a special chick pea flour bread pronounced “Chi-La”. All of our food was prepared separately in separate pans without cross contamination. The attention to detail and to their guests was amazing. All meals were enjoyed and the hospitality was second none. They had a reasonable wine list and delicious deserts to follow and amazing dinner in a welcoming modern and plush atmosphere.
