Interesting location, similar to having a diner or fast food place in a large travel center (gas station). Don’t let that deter you. The dining area was really clean, and the gas station itself was clean and well kept. I am actually traveling and had spotted it previously on Find Me Gluten Free, as I make this trip for work on a regular basis. I usually eat at two really good Indian restaurants near my home, and I was curious how this was. The menu is basically your choice of meat as a curry, biryani, tandoori, tikka masala, or rice. I had chicken curry, and the spices were authentic. Mine came with jeera rice (rice with cumin seeds), which was spot-on, texture-wise. Heat level was on the mild side, but I think you can request it hotter, if you like (and I normally do). They asked if I wanted naan, and I said I had wheat allergies. They immediately said, okay no bread. Based on the menu, I think the chance of cross contamination is fairly low, since the naan is the only thing that would normally have wheat in it.

This is an Indian restaurant inside a gas station/truck stop. It sounds a bit sketchy, but it was the cleanest gas station I have ever seen.
There is not a gluten free menu but the staff is knowledgeable and will help you find a dish. Most of the dishes are naturally gluten free.
