Despite the very wonderful efforts of the staff, my salmon came back with Gluten 2x via the NIMA Sensor. I tested it once with the sauce and once without.

Wonderful meal- many dishes can be modified for gluten free and kitchen is very careful about cross contamination. The langoustine is amazing!
