A small cute little place in a car park - you’d almost miss it but worth tracking it down! Lots of whole and superfoods! If you’re coeliac and can’t eat oats just be aware they do use what they call GF oats in some of the dishes (like Bircher and a few smoothie bowls for filled) which I don’t think is available to be dedicated GF under current ANZ standards, but they’re clearly marked and can be removed fork smoothies on request so still safe and clear! Smoothie bowl was absolutely delicious!

I phoned them ahead to enquire about suitability for coeliac. The woman I spoke to said all the food is pre prepared and she couldn’t guarantee any of it was free of cross contamination. She said she couldn’t endorse it was safe for coeliac disease. So we didn’t visit

The café is an entirely gf facility and a good address if you want to treat yourself with something sweet or even savory and healthy when strolling around in Auckland City. We had Italian Zoodles (a cold vegetable dish that tasted just great), 2 different smoothies that were very tasty and are quite big, a coffee and a raspberry slice.

Reviewer Vicky below is incorrect. She's thinking of the wrong cafe. WELL+GOOD is on Ponsonby Road. Raw Kitchen is in city works and is still a GF dedicated facility.
