This place makes raw vegan paleo desserts, meaning no grains used and 100% gluten free. They make their desserts mostly from nuts; cashew, almond, pecan and use a lot of coconut in their products. I did not ask if they get their nuts from a dedicated gluten free facility, still a little new to the celiac interrogation. I ordered three different desserts and they were all amazing. I tend to react to some other GF grains (sorghum, millet) that a lot of other GF bakery use, and I don’t do well on guams and starches, so this seemed like a safe place to try. Did not disappoint! Really yummy!
