Their menu isn't Gluten-free, but the manager sat down with me at my table and told me how each item could be revamped for me. Then he said he would make sure he took care of my ticket to make sure it was cooked correctly to insure no gluten cross contamination. Would be better with a Gluten-free menu, but he went out of his way to help.
Asked for GF menu and the waitress plopped down this tiny card that I couldn't even read it was so small. When I finally figured it out and ordered, my plate came out with a piece of bread on it. Since I'm just gluten intolerant I just stayed away from that part of my plate, but it is concerning.
Great staff, and the chef came out to the table to go over the menu. He pointed out the gluten free items, and what items he could modify. Ribs are terrific, and the fries are purchased gluten free and prepared in separate oil on request. They put in the effort to accommodate customers with food allergies, I recommend giving this restaurant a try.
