Can't believe this place hasn't been reviewed here yet! Excellent kabobs! The ingredients are just meat and seasonings, and they are grilled... very little risk of cross-contamination. Just avoid the dishes with pita, and when in doubt ask about what is safe. They were very up-front with us about gluten.
