Allergy and Celiac Disease The Readyville Mill is a working grist mill and we grind corn and wheat every week. We use different grinders for our corn and wheat, so you can be assured that our cornmeal and grits are gluten free. However, if you have celiac disease, you should be aware that there is wheat dust EVERYWHERE! Though we would love to have you visit, we care deeply for your good health, and so we sadly do not recommend that you visit the mill."
