Real Urban Barbecue

Staff was not too knowledgable about what options (other than sides) were gluten free, and not too willing to help out or discuss it with me. I do believe that most things were gluten free, but not sure it would be Celiac’s safe, so would avoid for other Celiacs like me. However the real part of my negative review is due to taste. The bbq sauce is BLAND and the sides were just “meh.” I would not recommend at all. My husband who is non celiacs hated his meal too unfortunately.

Love Real Urban. This location doesn't run out of meats like the other two. Food is good, I do wish they had some more side options, meat is so good though!

Great barbecue . GF options are indicated on the main menu. Main BBQ sauce is GF. Very high quality meat, including brisket, ribs, and burnt ends. All 3 are very good, but the burnt ends were so good, more like big chunks of pork shoulder, slow cooked all day. Will definitely go back here. Felt GF safe.
