The barista was so sweet about cleaning the equipment for me so I could feel safe ordering a latte and showed me all the alternative milk containers so I could check the ingredients. She even told me about her friend’s gluten free bakery. Very nice! The use Monin syrups there, and I know many of the flavors are GF, but check the Monin website. Cute bright place with good music to hang out and work.
