I went in to try Rebel Pi today but ended up not getting anything because it didn’t feel safe. They told me there’s no cross contamination but when I asked if the sauce ladles touch the pizza dough they said yes. I then asked how they prevent cross contamination of sauce and they said new ladles in the same sauce. If the ladle touches gluten dough then goes back in the sauce that contaminates the whole container of sauce with gluten. Not surprised, just disappointed in the lack of fresh celiac-safe pizza options.

I avoid pizza places because they usually have flour all over the place... This is the cleanest pizza place I've ever seen. They were so careful with my food and immediately ask if it's for an "allergy" (I'm Celiac). They VARIETY of flavors available GF is fabulous. The dough of the cauliflower crust is soft and delicious. There was no crunchy sandy cardboard mouth feel I dread with a GF pizza. It's Day 2 and I haven't been sick at all. Delicious pizzas- we got the dill one and the Thai one. I will definitely be going back.

The staff here is on top of making sure your food is 100% gluten free! They will make your pizza in the back with all fresh sauces and toppings ♥♥♥♥♥ I can’t rave more about the care they take with my food!

DELICIOUS. The GF crust is huge- they take it out of a plastic wrap and use clean baking sheets. Very knowledgable about GF and other dietary restrictions. The crust was the best part…. Not soggy…. Slightly fluffy and cooked to perfection. HIGHLY recommend!!

Knowledgeable staff and many options. I do suggest asking for fresh ingredients from the back to avoid cross contamination.

Gluten free and vegan options. Well trained staff even on their opening night. Very flavorful and cool unique options.
