Separate gluten free menu. They also list you can request other dishes to be modified gluten free. Their entire sushi menu is gluten free and it's a large menu. The have gluten free soy sauce as well. I've had the Singapore rice noodles, fried rice, pineapple gai pan, and fashion roll, all delicious!

They had a gluten free menu and after speaking with the manager I found which kinds of sushi I could eat. The server didn’t have any idea what gluten was (he was very young) but once I asked to speak to the person making the sushi, they answered all my questions! Didn’t get sick, had some delicious sushi!

This is my SIL’s favorite Asian restaurant (who lives nearby). When she suggested it for a lunch stop for my celiac family, I was concerned, but those concerns were alleviated when the owner came to our table and explained their knowledge of gluten free food prep in a mixed kitchen. Separate prep areas, use and provide Tamari instead of soy sauce, and serve it all separate, too. We’ve been here many times and never had any issues. Limited choices but all of them are so delicious we wish there was a location near our home, too!
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a gluten free menu and gf soy sauce. We ordered gf sushi and gf entree but unfortunately me wife was sick soon after we got home. We both agreed that the food was great however, beware if you have celiac. Sometimes accidents happen in mixed environments, but we rarely give a second shot. That said, you can give them another shot and I may (non-celiac but allergic to shrimp) but my wife won't be back.

Good GF menu and knowledgeable waitstaff. They have Braggs in the back and will bring you a little dish. Pad Thai is excellent!
