Review of Red Bowls Restaurant

812 3rd Ave, Seattle, WA 98104

Review

I asked the owner about soy sauce in the dishes and he picked up immediately that I was gluten intolerant. Apparently he has a regular that also must avoid gluten, so he keeps a bottle of GF soy sauce to use as a condiment.

Most of the meat bowl and all the bibimbap bowls are pre-marinated in regular soy sauce, but he recommended the Fresh Fish Bowls and the Seattle bowl (grilled salmon) as both being gluten free.

Great customer experience, fast prep time and great food!
