If I could give a 0 I would! I witnessed them cross contaminate with the wrong cutter and then put it in the same dish as the gluten free pizza cutter. THEN when I mentioned it they gave me an attitude and denied it. We called corporate and they said they would fix it with training. We went back again and they did it AGAIN!!!!! The celiac disease foundation contacted them to offer new training and they ignored their call and after months of trying to rectify it they find ally had their lawyers send a letter saying to remove the gluten free celiac disease foundation sign off their website and store. DON'T EAT HERE!
No
The girl that took our order was very put out by me asking her to get fresh cheese and topping from the back. I was very disappointed in the service especially when they are recommended by the Celiac Disease Foundation.
The only drawback to this pizza is that the gluten free crust is only available in a small. lots of fun options. They also carry gluten free alcoholic drinks.
Yes
Had the gluten free and dairy free meat pizza. It was very good, my husband said he would even eat it.
The pizza is so soft. Lots of gluten free options. The hamburger pizza was great. Even better when you pair it with gelato.
Awesome! Very nice and knowledgeable staff! Great experience, all foods were fresh and separated correctly.
— Yes, the establishment is dedicated gluten-free
— Excellent
After reading reviews on this site, I was really looking forward to pizza but not ONE employee here could give me a straight answer on their menu and they did not have an allergy menu available. This is why Celicas get sick!
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much
— Poor
Staff knew what Celiacs was and I watched as they made the pie on the other side of the prep station, cooked it separately, changed the slicer and gloves and then delivered it separately as well.
Yes
I was ok eating there and I get very sick with any dairy, gluten and soy. I will definitely go back!
GF pizza crust. They changed gloves upon request. They use a separate sauce and utensil. They mentioned several times it was an allergy to the staff. They say they use a separate cooking area but it’s hard to tell if there is separation in the oven. I would go back again.
