Red crab seems to me to be a fairly safe place to eat for gluten intolerance and celiac disease as they steam their seafood in a bag and the spices are just Cajun/butter/lemon pepper. Avoid the sides, but I have not had any issues with the seafood/sausage/corn/potatoes and the seasonings. If anyone knows different please let me know!
