When we asked about the chips, our server let us know it's a shared fryer. She wasn't well versed in celiac (i.e. thought we could probably eat the chips anyway), but she had the information we needed about cross contamination and said the chef has told them to let people know it's a shared fryer.
Everyone in our party really enjoyed the food. Some highlights were the mushroom tacos, carnitas tacos, and fall salad. Much of the menu is gluten free, including many salads, sides, tacos, and tamales. We'll be back!
