Our server couldn't even think of any items at this place that contained gluten, but I strongly recommend calling ahead to confirm. He rightfully bragged that they don't use any cheap Kikkoman soy sauce, however, and promised me to ensure that my dinner was prepared without any contact with gluten. I'm hyper-sensitive and react easily, so that I never got sick is telling.

To my knowledge, there is no active website for this business. And like a number of hidden gems, it's tucked in a small strip mall.

The prices are a bit high, but it's worth every precious morsel! Just eat slowly to savor it. I came to dinner at a slow time, before the real dinner hour got going, and a woman was sitting at a table meticulously preparing carrot garnishes. So I not only saw the taste the love, care, and hard work that goes into each bite . . . . but I got to taste it, too! I ordered the Thai Ginger stir-fry with tofu, but based on samples from my family's plates, it's really hard to go wrong here.
