Coffee was just ok but they do have a few gluten free muffins. There’s not much for gluten free breakfasts in the area.

Every single item on the menu that had something gluten on it could be made gluten free and they asked if you were just intolerant or celiacs! If you were celiacs they made it on fresh surfaces with uncontaminated utensils so that you don’t get bothered by cross contaminated. The food was amazing and the service was quick and friendly!! I loved this place so much

Owner is very knowledgeable and some staff are very knowledgeable. All staff are at least aware of gluten contamination, but you’ll have to stress the importance of celiac to some of them, though.

More of a cafe than just a coffee house. Food is great. Staff is fun and friendly. Very helpful and conscience about gluten. Sandwiches, smoothies, coffee, breakfast, lunch. Important note: if you are Celiac, they specially prepare the food for you, so it takes a while. Best to call your order ahead if you don't want to wait.

Red Dirt is a comfortable little coffee house that has a menu of breakfast and lunch foods along with coffees etc. They will make many of their sandwiches on gluten free bread as well as bagel sandwiches. They also have gluten free tortillas for a breakfast burrito as well as yummy salads. If you ask for gluten free products, they will ask you if it's for Celiac or gluten intolerance; they change gloves and protect equipment for Celiac. Owner is very knowledgable and staff seems well trained. Great little gfree stop!
