GF items marked on menu, GF pizza bases and Udi’s GF buns for burgers, entrees served with kettle chips, very tasty, asked me GF preference vs allergy, they were able to sub the miso glaze on my burger, cocktails were really interesting, cool brew pub atmosphere, highly recommend

While they are knowledgeable and provide gluten free cook and work spaces, be aware that the fryer is shared with gluten items, and they hand toss regular pizzas in the open within 8 feet of the seating area. If you are highly reactive to flour in the air, you may wish to avoid this location or specifically ask for seating by the windows. Unfortunately, I did react from being in the building and had to leave.

Awesome GF burgers and sides. No reaction to the “b.l.a.t. with GF bun”, “Wisconsin burger with GF bun”, the sweet potato side, or the roasted potato side. Tell your server that you’re celiac so that they will let the kitchen know to be extra careful.

We ordered the spinach/artichoke dip with tortilla chips...so good! We got the burgers on toasted Udi's buns, the sweet potato fries and the garlic potatoes all excellent! They had omission beer.

Waiter was super friendly and knowledgeable! If we lived here we would eat here often! Hopefully we'll go back and try the GF pizza before we leave town.

Love this place! Had the spinach artichoke dip with corn chips, a delicious salad and the gluten free pizza. So good! Highly recommend.

Very good food! We called in advance to see what options were df in addition to gf. The hostess was honest that she didn't know, but immediately went to find it. When we arrived the server was very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a separate gf menu! Food was very good. We were very pleased.

Hit or miss really, don't go when busy. Not celiac friendly. Got sick after I asked if they used the fryer for gluten items and they said no...

This use to be one of the only restaurants I trusted in the Wausau area. I have celiac disease and am extremely sensitive. I recently visited Red Eye Brewing Company at a busy time and had one of the worst reactions I've ever had. The food is delicious, but I will not be eating there again.

This place is amazing. They have gluten free pizza, burgers, and pasta. They even have gluten free beer!!! The prices are decent.

Phenomenal GF options, very knowledgable server and staff.

Pros: separate cooking area for gf items, great separate gf menu. Family had the pizza, wings, and jalapeño poppers, all very good. Cons: a bit pricey and no gf dessert options

The technically do not have a gluten free menu but one of the waiters there is also gluten free and he helped me create a meal that I could enjoy and not feel terrible about after I ate it. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Wow. This restaurant has it all. Excellent menu items, knowledgable staff and chef, ambiance, decor, beer selection, etc. They offer indoor and outdoor dining. They are not GFRAP participants and do not have a GF menu, but they might as well be my favorite GF restaurant in Wausau. Their knowledge and efforts to make a dish GF are wonderful. There is always GF beer available, and their service and food is exceptional. This is also a cyclists dream hangout. Casual dining. They still do not offer GF wood-fired pizza yet, but hopefully they are making strides to make kitchen accommodations for a specific GF prep area. You won't be disappointed after eating here. And another bonus: they are on OpenTable! Highly recommend making reservations during busy hours. Oh and Sunday is Pizza only, so that puts the kabash on GF diners eating here Sundays. You will not regret dining out here!!!

Says it has gluten free options but there is not gluten free menu anymore. The waitress wasnt too knowledgeable about what was GF and talked to me like i didnt know what gluten free in a restaurant meant. I was simply expecting a lot more. Had a GF grass fed burger w/o bun and tasted like it wasnt even seasoned. This place was o.k. Not sure if i would go again. Even non celiacs i was with werent too impressed.
