When Red Heat opened it changed the game for dining out. Allergies were taken /very/ seriously. That doesn't seem to be the case any longer.
Part of the way through my burger I started to feel unwell. Everything had come out on a red plate like normal, and was confirmed to be gluten free. It didn't come out with a manager, so maybe that was a red flag. After I started feeling gross someone informed me they saw the food runner touching some normal food and then handling mine. Wish they had told me BEFORE I ate.
Very sick afterwards, and so sad.
I feel like I can't trust this establishment anymore.
