Called a few times and weren’t very knowledgeable and said not celiac safe.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Not Much

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Average

They have gluten free buns and wonderful Hamburgers. Their fries state they have "Dextrose" but I think it's potato and not wheat dextrose as I had no reaction. Not sure if they have a dedicated fryer for those who have celiac . As always with any small town restaurant you should probably call ahead to make sure they have GF buns in stock.
