Red Hut Cafe

We went to the Red Hut on Tahoe Blvd. The server informed us that they don't have any gluten free options. I was super bummed.

This place isn't officially GF and if you ask about it they will tell you that

But I've never had and bad reaction to their omelet, I get them with cheese and zucchini

But you are taking a risk of cross contamination so beware

Also a little lame they won't let you replace the toast for something else, so I always throw toast away

I was also told by the young girl at the hostess stand that she didn't think that they did GF. She very clearly didn't know what gluten was. That's always my first red flag when eating out...

Very nice eggs and omlettes. Everyone else can get their pancakes and waffles while I had eggs with cottage cheese and sausage. Not certified but good.
