I asked our waiter multiple questions about gluten free options and cross contamination. He gave me their nutritional binder that stated what was gluten free. I ordered a side salad and asked for no croutons. It came out with croutons so I told them I needed a new salad - they removed the croutons and gave me the same salad back. I told them again I needed a new salad cause of the bread crumbs. By the third time they had it corrected. I ordered shrimp, lobster, and scallops and told them to hold any orzo rice. My plate came out with several orzo rice grains on it. They were great about me ordering and looking through their nutrition binder but AWFUL about cross contamination!

The manager came to our table to answer my questions about gluten-free options. I don't like seafood but was there for a family member as part of a gift that evening, so I specifically asked if there were any gluten-free steak or salad options. Instead of simply answering my question, the manager kept talking about seafood options. So I repeated my question. "Do you have any salad options? Can I just get a chicken salad of some kind?" After repeating the question several times, I finally got a confirmation that they could make me a gluten-free salad. They kept asking if I was sure I didn't want anything else, and I confirmed that a salad was great and all I wanted (not once did I complain about it; I acknowledged that I was planning on having a salad anyway, so it was fine). Instead of just leaving it at that, however, the manager said, "You probably should've gone to Texas Roadhouse" and walked away. Such an incredibly rude thing to say, but don't worry. I won't be back. Thanks for not contaminating me, but maybe don't tell your customers to go elsewhere in future.

My salmon and loaded baked potato were incredible. However, it took an hour to get our food. I don’t know if that’s a fluke or no.
Also, it is so hard to navigate the allergen menu. It would be nice if they could label on menu.

Notify waitress about allergies and gf, "ask chef to prevent cross contamination". I ask for specific meals specify specifics: no onions no garlic no soy no eggs (anything I can't have can't be on the grill. My meal is: Broiled Trout with no seasoning, or snow crab, baked plain potato (no butter, only canola oil on the side), orange slices on the side. No salad

Haven’t had an issues after eating. I do only order the endless shrimp. I get the scampi and grilled skewer. They do have an online allergen menu though. All wait staff seem to understand what the allergy is and never seem to frustrated about it.

I clearly stated no gluten or dairy. My salad came out with croutons. Waitress was not knowledgeable and did not seem to take my intolerances seriously when i ordered. No gf menu except they hand you an allergy guide to go through.

We have always gone to Red Lobster for my dad's birthday and this time was the 1st time I couldn't eat gluten. Our server was knowledgeable and anything he was unsure about he was willing to find out for me. Red Lobster also has an interactive online menu with potential allergens in there most common dishes, which I had looked through ahead of time. Of course with most non-dedicated establishments, they state there's always a risk for cross- contamination. I got a special of garlic butter crab legs that come on a bed of crispy potatoes. I also got a side salad w/ ranch and the server assured me that that there would be no croutons on my salad. Everything tasted great and I had no symptoms.
