This restaurant claims to cater to celiac which is why we went here. The salsa was great, chips were thicker than any other Mexican place I’ve ever been to. We got the stuffed shrimp appetizer without the tortilla and it was amazing! The only reason for the 3 stars was that they could not get my margarita right and the waiter seemed to have no clue whatsoever. I kept telling him it was way too sweet and instead of remaking it they just kept adding more juice and it was awful so they ended up taking it off the bill. I ordered the enchilada sampler (because I was so excited it could be GF) and the beans and rice were really good, (although smaller portions than normal with those I thought). The enchiladas were dry as far as sauce goes, just a little dried cheese on top, and the inside was just watery meat. Don’t get me wrong I think if you ordered the right item this restaurant would be great! Next time I think I would order the stuffed poblano meal! I don’t think this experience would deter me from going back so I would definitely check it out!
