Walking in is scary. You see them making pizza and slinging flour. However. They cooked my pizza in a separate area and brought it out by waitstaff in gloves and without gluten food.

The manager spoke with me and stated that their kitchen is too small to prepare anything without contamination and due to the risk she suggested that I eat elsewhere if I had celiac.

There gluten free pizza crust was absolutely delicious!
Cross contamination highly likely, they have gluten free dough but celiacs need to steer clear

This was horrible experience. Customer service was horrible and not knowledgeable at all. Told me everything was gluten free! Manager clarified and said nothing was safe not even crust bc of cross contamination.
No
Unsafe for celiacs. They put a gluten free pizza base on a metal baking tray to separate it from regular pizzas in the oven, but didn't think twice about using toppings out of the pots which staff handling regular wheat pizzas had touched a moment before. Not a gluten free restaurant.
No
Pretty pointless having a gluten free option here are they told us the Pizza goes in the same oven as the others and they do not put it on anything to stop it touching the other pizzas.
They cook gluten free crust in same oven

This is a great place if you're at Universal Studios. It's at Citywalk so not in the actual parks. The gluten free crust is delicious. My 6 year old daughter and I both loved it. It's not listed on the menu, so you have to ask for it. They also have delicious arugula and caprese salads that are naturally gluten free. Not much else on the menu, but perfect if you feel like pizza. Plus, they are fast! We were exhausted after a long day at the parks and were in and out within 30 minutes.
