staff VERY ignorant as to what is gluten. They just try to give you a cornstarch white sauce for everything. they also thought rice noodles were a gluten. Not worth coming here, although they do try to look into ingredients if you ask them specifically. FYI technically the vietnamese eggrolls and the padthai (asked for without soy sauce) should be naturally gluten free. Hope this helps.
No
Nothing all that interesting here. Dishes can be made with a white sauce but this is nothing more than chicken broth thickened with corn starch. They do not have tamari.
Red pepper is a great place to eat for GF. They helped me when I first stated to eat GF. They make GF to order. So good, gluten free pat thi.
