The staff was great, however I don’t think the Kitchen was careful. I had a reaction with the GF Tuna Tacos, side salad with Dressing.

All salads are made to order and gf. Had a bag of chips and candy also

Yes

I’m not sure if they had other offerings, but they told me all three of their salads were gluten free. I was nervous, but very hungry after a long morning skiing. Ended up feeling fine. So nice to have an option on the mountain so we don’t need to go down every day.
