Very good sushi. I requested the manager to take my order the past few times to ensure the rolls are made safely by the chef. Had a spicy shrimp roll (no crunch) with the gluten free soy sauce. No reaction and all my rolls were very good. They will make an order of their clear mushroom soup gluten free if you give advance notice and it’s not too busy.
