Was glutened through a door dash delivery. Gave me the wrong order and a regular bun. I called and asked bc two bites in it was too soft. I was right. Pls always check the bun. My stomach is in knots. I had better luck with the Shelbyville Rd location

Dedicated fryer allowed us to get fries. They also had GF buns. This particular location was not as good as other Red Robin’s we’ve been to. It was a bit messy, food wasn’t as fresh or well-cooked.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
There is a separate GF menu, just ask for it. They have a dedicated fryer for their French fries, and GF buns for their burgers. Delicious, and I felt fine afterwards!
Yes
While they do have GF Buns they are almost always hard as a rock. I believe the keep them frozen and then microwave to thaw and then they sit under heat lamp and so by the time they come they are hard. The service at this location is always hit or miss and so it the food.
Staff knowledgeable and food delicious! So nice to have fries again!

For what this place is I give it 5 stars because my burger was great and it was the best gluten free bun I've had.
I go to this location all of the time and they do any excellent job of taking care of my dietary needs!
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

The staff was very good about the cross contamination and even brought my food out separate.
