Risky but I’ll go to RR if it’s my last option. I’ll get the GF fries but they’re not salted?

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
They were exceptionally helpful and the manager made my food himself!
Staff were extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend. And the fries are also gluten conscious. They cannot guarantee slight cross contamination but for those whom do not have celiac disease, it is an additional benefit.
I have had trouble with the food both times I have eaten at this location. In the most recent experience, the kitchen staff accidentally put my burger on a regular bun instead of the gluten free roll. My server was very apologetic and took it back to the kitchen to be corrected. When he returned less than five minutes later, I asked if it was a whole new burger or if they just switched the bun. He stated they just switched the bun. I had to send it back to have a new burger cooked. When the server returned for the third time, he assured me everything was fresh and done correctly, but I still started to have stomach issues within 20 minutes of my first bite. The staff is clearly untrained at this location.

We have been to Red Robin in Providence Town Center Royersford many times. Their hamburgers are as good as a burger I have had anywhere. Great roll too. My one grandson loves their regular burgers, so when it is his turn to pick where to go, he always picks Red Robin, which is fine with me.
Told server and manager about intolerance. Got ill for 3 days and over Christmas from ordering the simply grilled chicken wrapped in lettuce with gluten free fries. Apparently the sauce they put on the chicken is not gluten free and the manager and kitchen is not trained to handle gluten free dining. They also brought me a burger with a wheat bun at first, and by the time I got my remade food, I ate alone. The boy who served us was very respectful and kind, however.

The food is great, gf fries are wonderful! Everyone I've interacted with (servers & managers) have been very understanding & knowledgeable. However, the kitchen execution is hit or miss. Several times I've had a normal bun on my burger & had to send it back. I also get conflicting information about the seasoning on their fries being gf or not.
Yes
Food was excellent. Their gluten free bun was so moist, I almost thought it couldn't be gluten free. Their fries and signature blend season are gluten free as well. I wasn't crazy about the GF menu being online and having to look it up on my phone, but overall it's a good eat.
While there is a gluten free menu and amazing gluten free buns - the staff is undertrained to handle it. My husband and I are here frequently and there are several staff members that disregard GF menu protocols as outlined in their own menu. While the food is great the service is questionable!

Great experience! The manager, Debbie, and our server, Barron, were knowledgeable, professional and friendly! The food was excellent - having the ossasional burger and fries was a real treat - and the bun was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Hamburger on a good and I mean good gluten free bun. The bun had elasticity to it and was moist, so much so I feared I might have been contaminated by gluten. One of the managers does not eat gluten and found these buns at trader joes. Their burger and excellent safe fries made me feel unlike any of the other diners.
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
