I asked for a gf bun and a black and blue burger without cheese sauce because online the website allergen menu showed that doing these things makes the burger free of wheat and gluten. They still brought it with cheese sauce but I didn’t know that it was cheese sauce until I ate it and I got sick. Didn’t have good service either. Left us hanging a lot. Didn’t seem like they cared.

Very good burger and fries on GF bun.

The kitchen and wait staff are not trained on gluten free or cross contamination. If they passed a training course, the material is not enforced in the restaurant. Management doesn't seem concerned about allergy related issues either.

While other restaurants in the chain are dependable, this one is one to avoid.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
