The waiter seemed knowledgeable of gluten free and confirmed fries were fried in a dedicated fryer. I have never ate at this location, but have had no issues at the zona rosa location. I ordered a cheeseburger on a lettuce wrap with the GF fries. When the food was brought out, my burger was on a bun. I didn't ask for it to be on a bun but if it was a GF bun I would have just eaten it. He couldn't confirm the bun was GF. He said, "that doesn't look like a GF bun" and took it back to the kitchen. They remade my food and it was on a lettuce wrap. Last night I started having stomach cramps and I knew then that it would be a rough couple of daya. Starting to wonder if they even remade the burger or reused the one on a bun.

Tried Red Robin’s gluten free bun on my turkey burger. Really good! Also there fries are cooked in Separate fryer!
I have really tries with this one because my kids love it, but I get sick every time I eat there! I have had croutons picked off and a salad brought back to me. Some staff is knowledgeable, but others roll there eyes at me. We've given up. Not trying to be nasty. Just trying to save others the trouble!
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Waiter was very knowledgeable when I asked him about gluten free menu items. I got the gluten free bun on my burger and it was really good, didn't taste any different from normal bread. He made me fresh "gluten free" fries (just cooked in clean oil), both sweet potato fries and regular. Plus he brought us another basket of each with the endless fry deal. Great first real-dining-out gluten free experience!
Have them two stars for at least having some selection, but if I were to choose to go somewhere for a burger, this would not be my choice. They do not provide gluten free buns, and I doubt that the fries are cooked a dedicated fryer, which means they could be contaminated with gluten because of the oil. you could definitely find a similar restaurant to Red Robin that has a better selection of gluten free items.
First restaurant where i have been able to eat a burger and fries!
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

The staff was very good about the cross contamination and even brought my food out separate.
