While I would normally give them 5 stars because I've eaten there so often, in the last year lately it's seemed a little risky and the last two visits were the last straw for me. My visit last week I was given a regular full gluten bun and was told it was gluten free as it was placed in front of me. Thankfully I already knew what their gf buns look like or else I would have started eating it. They fixed me a new one which the manager brought out and all was well. Today, I went back bc it was a team lunch and it's really the only place I can eat out, my food was brought out with all of the other food on the same platter, and when I questioned one of the managers I was assured he was 99% sure it should be fine. In the end I didn't feel comfortable eating it (that 1% you know) and only ate a small portion. They tried to make it right by not charging me which I appreciated. I will say this location does try, however there have been too many close calls for me and I just can't risk eating here any longer. There are several staff and managers who take great care in regard to celiac customers, but they need to fully educate everyone or have some kind of alert to management for oversight of gf food prep.
Told the staff my daughter had a gluten “allergy” and they took it very seriously. Nima tested the kids cheeseburger on a gf bun and French fries, which are fired in a gf fryer. Passed with flying colors!
They don't have a separate menu, instead you get an iPad and choose the allergen you need to avoid. I chose "gluten" and it listed safe menu items and regular menu items that need to be altered. For example, I chose a chicken sandwich, no bun, and sweet potato fries. Lots of options and they have a dedicated fryer! Just ask!

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.

Excellent experience. Everyone was great about making sure we were not cross contaminated. We used to go to the RR location across town because it's closer but they have messed up on our fries twice now so coming to this RR is well work driving further.
My husband has celiac and thoroughly enjoyed his GF burger and GF French fries!!!! And he did not get sick, thank you we will be back again!
Very knowledgeable staff, took extra care in making sure there was no cross contamination (they have a new special fryer just for gluten free items). Full gluten free menu. A+++++ experience!
Their buns are very good. You need to watch them closely on food preparation, they don't really understand food allergies and cross contamination.
Really good gluten free bun, just be sure it's not toasted or it will be to dry. Manager has always come out to deliver my gf burger separately. Nice!
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
