I was prepared to just enjoy the company and eat when I got home (where I know it is celiac safe.) Out waitress, Dorothy, explained in detail how the kitchen has a dedicated area to food allergies. The fries are ALL cooked in a dedicated GF fryer!!! I am so stoked that she took the time to make me feel comfortable and safe. We have visited again and I did eat (a lot) with zero problems. Service, food and preparation all exceeded my expectations.

Great experience. We were provided with paper menus, not the touch screen menus (due to COVID-19). While the paper menus didn’t label GF items, my waitress was plenty knowledgeable. She even noted on the order that I had celiacs. I also did my homework ahead of time (https://www.redrobin.com/pages/allergens/menu/). I chose gluten and wheat as my allergies, and the online menu generated which burgers I could get and which toppings are and aren’t safe for each. All burgers can come wrapped in lettuce or with a gluten free bun (get the bun - it was delicious). And there is a dedicated allergen fryer for the bottomless steak fries. The Red Robin seasoning is also GF! Yummm!

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.

They have iPad to see up to date allergens.

Awesome burgers and sweet potato fries. Ate here many times and never got sick

I was surprised by how knowledgable the staff was about GF and other allergies. They brought me an iPad to order with. I checked the boxes for the things I can't eat and it populated a menu of items I could have. I can't get over how amazing the GF bun was.

They changed the menu to be all online only. It's not very easy to navigate and you must have a smart phone just to order your dinner. In my case I sat down with four hungry children and had to spend 15 minutes first navigating my menu just to be able to order. I asked for a paper copy which is no longer available.
Love Red Robin best burgers! Call ahead to make sure seperate fryer is working. One time we went and it wasnt and all I wanted was those gluten free fries! Best ever yum! They even have gluten free buns my kids love them too.

Very professional and asked if my gluten free choice was my choice or if I had a medical condition. They delivered my food in a different color bowl to keep it separated and I didn't get contaminated!!!! Highly recommend to everyone
The manager was awesome! They made sure my food was super g free. Highly recommend to all!
My first time at a Red Robin and I loved it! Had a burger and fries (gluten free) and they came with a little purple stick in it to indicate gluten allergy. Waitress was wonderful! (They also have pretty good ranch)

Notified server GF, ALLERGY. Ordered a burger GF bun. Fine until I quickly remembered that it had steak sauce on it ISN’T GF.
After asking this server about it, he didn’t know so he wouldn’t ask the chef and he didn’t know so he sent the bottle out to me. It clearly states that it has barley vinegar in the ingredients. Seriously disappointing that the kitchen staff is preparing “gluten-free food” and they have no idea what has or doesn’t have gluten in it.
Nice way to ruin the end of my trip. And will be sick for the next couple of weeks.

This Red Robin use to be my go to place. But the last two times I have been glutenized and got sick. I longer recommend this restaurant.

Always a reliable choice. Red Robin's online allergen menu is extremely helpful and in-depth, symptomatic celiac been coming here for many years and never had a problem. It's not fine dining or anything but it's about as good as it gets for a huge chain restaurant like this.
