Red Robin

Went on a Sunday at 6 pm. Only a 15 min wait, rapid service of ordering and food arrives quickly. Server knew which foods were gluten free and their gluten free options are searchable online from a code on the menu. Great gluten free bacon cheeseburger and fries. Got the sugar free raspberry ice tea as I did not want caffeine. The check out device on each table makes paying so easy.

Restaurant uses a tablet to allow diners to indicate their allergens and display menu items that do no contain those allergens. This has always worked well for me. However, when I said "no gluten", the french fries came up as a viable option. But, when I also specified "no wheat", the fries disappeared from the list of safe choices. Our server was also confused and checked with the chef who confirmed the french fries were cooked in a separate frier and were, indeed, gluten free.

Outstanding service and server took my gluten free needs very seriously. Got the Red Robin burger w/cheddar and no salt fries on GF bun. Also ate the honey mustard poppyseed dipping (salad dressing) sauce and it was all delicious. Didn't get sick. Definitely recommend.

Ate here multiple times no problem. They have a dedicated fry fryer so no cross contamination. Or so I was told. Today after eating a basket of fries, we found onion ring crumbles at the bottom of the basket. Not going back. I let the manager know that it was very frustrating. Not acceptable in my opinion.

Gluten free menu, and they have gluten free buns so you son't have to eat a messy lettuce wrapped burger. It is heaven! And they have great lemonade.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
