Had to cross reference a tablet and the menu to figure out what was gluten free. This location did not have a menu dedicated to gluten free. They do have a GF bun. CC did happen and I was glutened.

Loved our service. We walked out of Biaggi's accross the street since manager admitted NOT SAFE for celiacs. Here complete opposite. Both waitress and manager(Vanessa and Tiffany) went out of their way to make sure all safe for our celiac son. He walked out of Biaggis with tears, super smile over here. We tested fries, burger and gluten-free bun with Elisa gluten test kit--All test negative for gluten.

Great food, love being able to eat my burger on a tasty bun! I asked for a gluten free menu as I walked in and it was on the table with the regular menus! I don't mind the $1 up charge to have a bun.

I've tried eating here once. They offer a GF bun for their burger but for me, it lacked taste and quality as does most GF bread. The bun quickly became very soggy. They also have very limited options for sides. The server also had very little knowledge about their gf options. I doubt I visit them again anytime soon!

The burgers are ok, I get the lettuce wrap burgers because I think the buns are icky. I just can't get use to GF bread. This bread feels like a wet sponge in my mouth. The fries are cooked in a separate fryer, it's what I am always told. I love the sweet potato fries. This is not the best burger in the world, but it's ok and it's a nice choice when you want to go out to eat somewhere local , that has GF options.

It's great that the corporation has a vision on how to serve us with celiac. But this location is AWFUL!! When we sat down I asked for the GF menu and the host curtly said "it's all online" Well that would be great if they didn't have a cement building. Couldn't get the website to pull up. Server kindly pulled it up on her phone. I ordered a double burger wrapped in lettuce withe Mayo, tomatoes and onions. The plate had a piece of lettuce on it and two small patties. NOTHING ELSE. And I asked where the tomatoes, onion and Mayo were? Even my husband said it looked awful. Terrible service. The person serving my food said "we have GF buns" I told her that their GF buns taste awful - and she said "well you do have a disease". And I said "That is why I asked my burger to be wrapped in lettuce. Thanks for reminding me I have a disease- I don't think about it EVERY HOUR OF THE DAY.

I hate to even give 1 star because they don't deserve it! We had 3 different waiters that came to the table & not one of them knows what gluten is!! This restaurant has NO GLUTEN FREE MENU - NONE! My husband & I asked for the mgr to come to our table & talk to us- he refused, told his staff to hand us iPad & we could figure it out! I asked if fries were GF- waiter said they fry breaded food in same fryer! We got up to leave, saw mgr- (Ben) who said "we are just supposed to hand you the IPAD for you to figure it out! Don't try this restaurant - NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT GLUTEN ALLERGY!!!

The fries have a dedicated fryer, so no oil contamination. I'm pretty sensitive and have never gotten sick. They always ask if the gluten/dairy free is allergen or preference. We specify allergen.

GFree buns available and they are good. I always get the cheeseburger and a side salad. We eat here monthly with kids. I have never had a reaction with those items. At the restaurant, they say the fries are GFree, so I risked it twice and had stomach ache both times, even with no seasoning. Also use to claim their vanilla shake was GFree, I had severe reaction a few years ago even though they supposedly cleaned the mixer and used a new container. So, stick to meat, GFree bun, lettuce or veggie, no extra sauces and you should be ok.

They have an "allergy alert" button they can press when entering your order into the system, I always ask them to make sure they do that. Excellent fries with a dedicated fryer. RR has a good policy in place for food allergies but in practice things have changed. Once a family favorite, now just too many hassels to recommend. in one last visit it took over an hour for me to get a meal I could actually eat; the order was first not made GF as requested, then the replacement was made wrong and it took forever to get that replaced - even after asking twice for the status. I ended up eating the meal after the rest of our party had finished; some even left. We have had poor luck ordering to go as well with things just made wrong. My body is too sensitive to gluten, the food tastes good but my confidence in RR just isn't there anymore: Sadly we have had problems with the Enfield location lately as well so I guess it is time to part ways.

Update: they have apparently changed management and brought in new staff. We went there recently and it was much better, so I'm changing to 3 stars. If I hadn't been to other Red Robins, I would not have known just how poor this one is compared to others. In general Red Robin does a very good job with guetin free, but this one has poor service and nasty staff. We've been there a few times, but the last attempt was the last straw, I doubt highly we'll be going back. In the past, the glue tin free meal came with a regular bun(!) and had to be sent back. Another time the service was poor, but the last one was the worst. We got there at about 2pm on a weekday, not a particularly busy time. We had 7 people (2 adults, 5 kids) and were told 30(!) minutes. While we were waiting, the kids needed to use the restroom, so they went in with 1 adult. There was an empty table that could have fit all of us, but it had not been cleaned. When we asked the manager about if, he told us, in a very nasty tone, to talk to the person doing the seating. After everyone got out of the restroom, the table still had not been cleaned and we were told we would have to wait. Needless to say we did not bother and walked across the aisle and went to Tony Roma's instead. We won't be bothering with this Red Robin again.

My waiter immediately knew what I was talking about when I said I was celiac. They have a really useful interactive allergen menu through the website - makes it so easy to narrow things down to safe options. If you want fries, be sure to mention it right away - apparently the fries are not always made in the GF dedicated fryer. But if you let them know about your allergy, they'll make them in the GF fryer. Both regular and sweet potato fries can be made gluten free.
