I’m afraid I definitely got “glutened” at this specific location. Makes me really sad/mad because I usually love Red Robin and eat there at our home one.
We ate here with our celiac daughter. The staff will bring a tablet to the table and you can choose from about 8 food allergens so that a safe menu can be generated for you. My daughter ordered grilled chicken nuggets and fries. The fries were delivered unseasoned and their seasoning is gf. They even brought us packets for take out food to season hers. I'd say the menu is fairly limited for gf folks. There is no gf bun so you can get many of the sandwiches without bread which is kind of sad. But the gf fries are endless which made my kid happy. :)

I don't think I would have eaten here before I found out I had celiac, but Red Robin is super super safe for celiacs. I'm not too proud to go there anymore, cuz sometimes I want a beer and a burger. They have an iPad app that has all of the options and modifications. Plus, if you sit at the bar you can see the bartender make bright blue drinks.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.

I had the bacon cheese burger and it was great. I did take out and the box was marked. They now have Udi buns so you can have a huge burger

At any Red Robin they will lettuce wrap a burger and if you say gluten free they have an actual allergy alert process they follow. Sometimes your food takes a few minutes longer to come out because a manager has to bring allergy alert foods to the table. Very little hassle overall!
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

The staff was very good about the cross contamination and even brought my food out separate.
